In the center is the Church Square with the Church of Our Lady of Consolation as its central axis. Its streets are home to numerous craft shops, art galleries, and a host of restaurants. ACCES TO ALTEA 
Altea is 50 km from Alicante, 10 km from Benidorm, and 130 km from Valencia. Altea is easily accessible by road, both via the highway and the N-332 national highway. It is also connected by bus to the two provincial capitals of Alicante and Valencia, as well as to Benidorm. There is also a tram service that connects it to Benidorm and Alicante.
