Registration is public, free and mandatory. Any real estate agent must be registered in this registry if they want to intervene in a sale in the provinces of Alicante, Valencia and Castell\u00f3n. Registration is mandatory, free and indefinite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dogv.gva.es\/datos\/2022\/08\/16\/pdf\/2022_7560.pdf\">DOGV \u2013 Decree 98\/2022 of the Department of Housing and Bioclimatic Architecture<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE MET<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Agents must meet a series of requirements: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Have an establishment open to the public or prove a physical address of the responsible agent in the case of an online agency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training:<\/strong> Real estate agents must have an official title of Real Estate Agent (API), or a university degree corresponding to a career in Social and Legal Sciences, engineering or Architecture, or a certificate of attendance and achievement. academic training courses of at least 200 teaching hours in real estate matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solvency:<\/strong> Have a guarantee insurance for a minimum amount of \u20ac60,000 per open establishment, or \u20ac30,000, if the service is provided exclusively by telematic means. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, you must have professional Civil Liability insurance valid for the entire European Union that covers responsibilities that may arise due to professional negligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONSULT THE REGISTER OF REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE AGENTS OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can consult the registry of your town in the link that we indicate: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sforms.gva.es\/sformssistemaexplotacion\/servletObtenerXMLns\/ObtenerXMLorig?formulario=62953&amp;SF_SIS_ICP=1&amp;ssl_redireccionado=true&amp;idsesion=1669292963011&amp;_ga=2.123539147.1546209336.1699865422-1782989244.1699865422\">Registry of Real Estate Brokerage Agents of the Valencian Community <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In short, the objective is to promote good practices, professionalize and dignify the figure of the real estate agent.
